FAQS

What if I've never done Yoga before?

No problem! All my classes are accessible and beginner friendly. My classes are taught at a slower pace, and allow time for questions, adjustments, and to adapt poses to suit your body as it is now. Just come with an open mind, that's the most important part!

What do I wear to class?

Wear really comfortable clothing, and I always recommend layers (socks, jumper, scarf, etc) as your body temperature might change during practice. No need for tight pants or athletic tops. It is not a performance or a competition, but a time for you to journey inwards and be with yourself just as you are right now.

What do I bring to class?

Some props are available on site, but you might like to bring your own yoga mat, 2-3 blankets, and 2 yoga blocks. If you don't have these items, just let me know and you can borrow them when you come to class. I also recommend bringing your own water!

Other than that, please bring your whole self, no need to leave parts of you behind...all of you is welcome.

How much does is cost?

There are a few different options when it comes to paying for classes. You can buy a single class for $17 or a 5-class-pass for $75. If you are a new student, there is a special offer of a 3-class-pass for $30. Just click on the button below for more info.
